    Robinhood stole ******* it was supposed to be stock dissolved sent to me. No one has contacted me and I was told that I was hacked into my account

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

    I do not see an offer to refund my money that was stolen from Robinhood. I am also being charged a process fee on a statement from Robinhood for the funds being stole from their databanks.

    On Wednesday, Feb 2, 2023, at 4:30 am someone hacked and gained access to my Robinhood account.I was awaken to the ringing of my cell phone to learn from an automated call service alerting me to someone attempting to log into my Robinhood account.Then I got a text baring the same message, and instructing me to log into the app and delete the device, and change my password.Also, I was to provide a sign in code based from the numbers sent.I tried collecting the numbers and entering the numbers to deny the suspicious login attempt access. However, the code kept expiring and the system kept redialing automated request to run through the same process.After failed sign in authentications, I logged into the app to boot out the suspicious device, and i was too slow to change the password. The culprit got tired of being booted out of the account, and managed to change the password on me.When I realized that I was booted out, I managed to email the ****** Hood site, and I received the following reply: Hello,Thanks for contacting our support team we're working to get back to you soon. Sometimes it takes a little longer to gather the necessary information, and we'll respond as soon as we can.In the meantime, here are a few articles from our *********** that you might find useful:How to deposit money into your Robinhood account How to link your bank account Referrals Program FAQs?Answered Depending on your issue, you may find your answer in another article within our ***********. Any numbers associated with this company through on-line searches always circle back to having to log in through the app or webpage to seek connection to customer service.I even asked a coworker of mine to reach out to a rep by chatting to explain my case. He was kind enough to do so, and we both learned from the rep that he sees my case and that someone with get back to me. False hope really was not relieving as I still haven't heard anything from the company.*Thus far, I lost access to the Robbing Hood account *The stocks - approximately $4200 worth- have been sold off *My Checking and Savings depleted to - $1300. An open investigation with my bank to restore money depleted from my personal account is underway *No one from the ****** ********** has contacted me to make good on this violation
