This company always follows through doing what they say they will. Its an uneasy feeling trusting someone enough to allow yourself to tarnish your credit score in order to negotiate lower debt and payments. That being said, they are doing all the dirty work and I am starting to see the results. Thank you for everything!GRT Financial

1 starI signed up for the 4 year program in 2021 My payments are $1032 a month. Was told that I was required to stay in the program another 48 months to get the rest of my debts paid. I have also been to small claims court many times due to they are not settling my debts in a timely manner. This company is a scam I am being harassed daily by creditors, I am being served with court papers in front of workers, family and neighbors. This place is a total rip offReview fromCenaida S

I have been in the program for a year, I joined myself by listening to a phone call on a Saturday, April 2024; my hardship is genuine, I explained my financial and family situation to GRT staff, and shared all the loan and credit card statements. They have already taken care of 70% of my debts, I pay my monthly payments on time.
Please communicate with GRT staff and stay in the program for at least six months and to see the progress of debt settlements.GRT Financial

5 starsGRT has been wonderful along the way helping me becoming debt free…As with everyone, life happens from time to time and I just got stuck in over my head due a set of unfortunate circumstances. I decided to give them a try through a mailer I received. They were very open about the entire process and how it’s going to go, nearly step by step. After we got my information together and debts into one bucket, they got me a payment I could afford and room to breathe. Customer service has been really good up to this point for me and they were generally on top of anything that needed attention or things they needed to communicate with me. I would definitely recommend them if you are in a tough situation financially and need to consolidate debt.Review fromCorey S

1 starI was approached by *** **** for a debt consolidation loan. I was told I did not qualify but they had a debt management program. I was contacted by GRT financial. I turned 11 accounts over for them to manage. This was November of 2024. I have in writing that Power of Attorney would be sent to all creditors immediately and that agreements would be made with creditors in 30 days. Again I have this in writing. Today is May 19th and They have finally acknowledged that they have not even contacted most of my creditors and that one creditor is not even in possession of a power of attorney. In total I have paid *** finanical over $3200.00 and they have paid 2 creditors a total of $1700.00 The rest has gone to fees for them to manage my credit.What I have been notified of is that they cannot make arrangements with my creditors as they need more money in my account than the agreed upon monthly $543.00. I asked how much do they need and they had no answer. I made it clear I have money to add but I want to see the agreements before I deposit more money than the agreed upon amount and I want to know how much is needed. The reality is they were taking about half of my monthly deposit and the rest sits in an excrow until they have enough to pay the debt. With this time lapse the balance on the debt continues to grow and they keep paying them selves about half my deposit without making arrangements with my creditors.Creditors call me and file lawsuits and charge off my accounts and they have not heard from this company that I have paid to represent ***** took 5 months before I demanded all communication be in writing as the phone calls were all lies. They direct you to hang up on creditors, don't talk to creditors, change the address and phone numbers of your accounts to the corporate address.I had no missed payments before this. I now have 9 accounts that are 6 months late with no contact. I demand the funds being held by *** be released to me.
