    I visited your store at ****************** at 12:16pm. When I entered your store there was a woman conducting a conversation on her cellphone. I walked up to the counter. The young lady behind the counter stated that the woman on the cell phone off to side was ahead of me. I stated that I wasn't aware that she was in a line. She went ahead and helped the young lady on the cell phone and ignored me standing there. I requested to speak to the manager-*******. He was rude and patronizing. I suggest they both need customer service skills for customers that enter the store and there is no formal line on how to speak to customers. The manager and the young lady behind the counter was rude. There are cameras in your store. If you don't believe look at the cameras in your store on how rude they were. I am suggesting the manager and the young lady behind the counter get customer service skills to deal with customer conflict.
