If I could give a zero I would. I received a letter via my Credit card stating I would have a free *** channel. The "unique code" did not work. The credit card told me it was Prize Logic who handled it. I called numerous times, emailed, and more. I was told "it is escalated and I would receive an email within 1 to 2 business days. I never received one. I reached out again, was told that they sent it, given a fake email address to email, and got nowhere. The next person told me they had no supervisors, they could ONLY email. It is a SCAM!!! I can't figure out how they are still in business!Clarus Commerce LLC

This has NOTHING to do with Bread! This was through a ********* Packer Credit card. Prizelogic is the one that they told me numerous times was the one who put the entire thing out. Prizelogic is a scam!Review fromJames C

Prize Logic sent me notice of winning Ensure ************ and to go to a website to enter the code they left blank. I notified them and they said I had won and they would send code by the next day and to notify them if I did not receive it. I did not receive any code and each day I send emails for a month now telling them so and all I get is an occasional response that they are looking into it. They do not follow through if you get any response at all. An employee is likely collecting my prize.Clarus Commerce LLC

Thank you for reaching out. An email was originally sent on September 7, 2022 with the code missing- this was an error on our fulfillment leads part. The fulfillment lead sent out a corrected email with the code on September 8, 2022. So you should have received your code. I filled out on online survey for Taco **** and *******, a fulfillment lead with Prize Logic contacted me to let me know I had won a prize. The customer service at Taco **** was GREAT and ******* was wonderful too. We played phone tag until she left me a message as to what I needed to do to claim my prize. She was kind, courteous and very helpful. Thank you Taco **** for the "top notch" service at your Willow ***** store in ********, **! Thank you for you generous prize as well! I am very excited and have many places that I can use it in my home. Also, thank you ******* for making my day and for being so good at your job!Clarus Commerce LLC

Terrible customer support. Completely dropped the account when it no longer served their purposes without proper warning or sufficient timing. Awful in responding to repeated requests for information. DO NOT USE!Clarus Commerce LLC

I got an email stating my prize was 120 dollars on the pure leaf contest,was so excited but,they want my bank account or they will send me a check,I don't have a bank account so a check would be useless to me,I've never had to deal with this and I feel something is very fishy about all of this.Clarus Commerce LLC

I was contacted to let me know that I won a money prize on **************** Sundays Sweepstakes on 12/07/2021 and as of date have not received anything. I did contact ****** (the one that emailed me to say I won) and she did not answer for a couple weeks, as she stated that she was on maternity leave. Well on 06/06/2022 she told that I should have received a email with my prize. Well I told her that was never sent and I have not heard from her or the company as of today 06/18/2022. As I also have reached out on their site to let them know. This is terrible customer service. I entered the contest and I want my money! As it was ****** and that's not fair to say I won and then not fulfill it.Clarus Commerce LLC
