    I have a list of things to say about this business. To start, I gave this business the benefit of the doubt. It’s 98 days since my house fire. I have five children, 3 dogs, myself and my husband. This business ensures they do everything to get you the best outcome but 98 days later we have received checks but no money. What that means is they screwed up every check they sent to us, so our bank rejects them, not the insurance company but Globe Midwest. When I email daily asking for help, they do not respond. We started out with as our public adjuster. He was awful, rude and no empathy what’s so ever. Now we have an even worse public adjuster. The boss then, emailed both my husband and I saying he would look into our case and try to help- since then NOTHING and that was 3 weeks ago... he does not respond to any emails. Has not helped our case at all. The insurance failed to provide housing for my family. We lived the last 92 days in my house barn... finally my husband got us a rental home. Like I said no payment (though promised) has been successfully given to us. I urge you to find a different company to be by your side. This company does nothing but stress. One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. Truly.
