    I hired this agency to help me find my daughter for $1,500 and all I got was nothing. They never really did an investigation like he said he would. He would just do nothing but paperwork asking the courts permission or the agency permission on my daughter. He will also tell you lies saying that they would never stop looking until they find her that is a lie. He always kept on coming up with excuses saying that there was a death in the family. 2 times or I'm working on a highly classed case right now or am in the UP right now and got no service seems funny he can text back and he has no service or he would play I'm exploring other alternatives, He promises you that he would call you every month to give you updates. He never did I always had to contact him by text messages and he would tell you i will call you back and never do. He just always keeps coming up with excuses I have every text message I sent him and he replied back and it shows how much of a scam he is. If I have to supply pictures of the text messages to BBB I can do that and show the proof of how much of a scam this agency is.

    I contacted them to do a tracker and surveillance of someone. They said they would do car tracker on the two vehicles and then surveillance the person. They stated that they would take photos and videos as evidence and everything would be given to me at the end of the investigation. The investigator asked that I send updates one the person and said that helped with the investigation. When we were over 1/2 through I spoke with the manager because I felt they weren’t doing anything. The investigator every stated that one of their persons had a work truck so the person being followed wouldn't suspect anything.

    After my complaining the manager gave me a $1000 credit so instead of paying $2000 I would pay $1000. He also stated he would surveillance the person for an additional 2 weeks which would have ended the second week of September.

    Last week I received a tracker report with times and addresses that did not make sense nor match the schedule of the person I requested tracking. I was told by the investigator that all the addresses were incorrect on the printout and that they use the report to them drive to locations and surveillance the person, and the tracker would take them to the actual location even though the printed report had all incorrect addresses. They then said they would send pictures of the questionable location that night. I never got any pictures or videos. I did not receive an additional 2 weeks surveillance. I told them what’s the point of you giving me tracking reports with the wrong times, and locations. How would it help me. I also told them that it was not worth the $1000 I did pay and I texted the manager. Who did not reply.
    I received a text today from the investigator stating the trackers were off. I the. Asked was the service over, and she responded, “yes”

    I am requesting a full refund of $1000
