      The staff is friendly and helpful.I am hearing better with my Beltone hearing aids.I am satisfied with the service at the Brownstown office.I would recommend Beltone to a friend or loved one.

      I never really like to fill these things out, usually if it doesn't work for me, I move on.. I've been dealing with Beltone since the 70's, 80's and so on, even though I tried other companies ********* and others that I rather not to mention, Beltone was and has been better. I went there 2 weeks ago, hearing tested, evaluation and so on, same as always, but this visit was different, *********************, Hearing Practitioner/Specialist, not sure what school she went through, or how she learned this process, but she was AWESOME, I give her an A+ or a 10 plus. She did EXACTLY what I wanted/asked for, even though she made a recommendation, then told her, what I wanted, she actually followed through, I really did NOT see that coming... She almost had me in tears, and I'm 55 years old. So my suggestion is, if your not happy with any services done with Beltone, talk with *********************, she is very compassionate with her patients, you'll leave with a HUGE smile. Now at this point, Beltone is the BEST hearing aid out there, trust me !!

While we have some of the very best prescriptive devices in the industry, it is our patient care that separates us from so many.

      My complaint is against Belltone hearing aids. I was offered no other options but the same bulky hearing aids Ive had before and mentioned all those concerns (falling out repeatedly, different size ear canals, behind the ear surgery and the aid was too bulky and plain uncomfortable). The sales person put them in my ear anyway. She insisted my style would be the only style designed to meet my needs. Interesting enough she called my insurance company before I came in to learn what the maximum my insurance would pay which was $4,000.00 and that is exactly the amount Beltone happened to charge me. I dont have buyers remorse. I want them to provide me with the ones I asked for at the beginning. I still have my SAME old set which is exactly the same ones purchased there 5 years earlier. Those have the same problems; fit, volume of three ranges and they are not adjustable but bulky. They fall out when I remove my glasses.
