    On February 14, 2024 I ordered a pair of eyeglasses for myself at Henry Ford OptimEyes in *************************. I was told it would take 7-10 working days to get my new glasses.My order number is: ******* Today is April 30, 2024. Its now been 76 days and I still do not have my new glasses.I have reached out to Henry Ford OptimEyes on numerous occasions. I never seem able to get anyone to provide accurate timing or a valid explanation as to why this is taking so long. They keep saying that my glasses will be made but it never happens. Seeking help in getting my glasses made ASAP.

    This was sent to the incorrect business.  This customer is not in our patient database.  The customer stated that she went to ********************** in *****************   We are not a Henry Ford Optimeyes and have not been since 2008.  Our company is ******************** Optometrist and Associates.  We were previously a Henry Ford Optimeyes.  Currently the only Henry Ford Optimeyes in **************** is located at:

    Good Morning **********************,

     

    **************** has filed a valid complaint against HFO. We would like to provide some context regarding the current situation at Henry Ford OptimEyes. As of early February, we opened a new manufacturing lab and simultaneously implemented a new ************** System. However, this has had a negative impact on our manufacturing turnaround times. We are actively working to resolve any issues with our system and are committed to addressing these challenges as quickly as possible.

    To compensate for ****************** inconvenience, we have refunded all of her patient out of pocket expenses on her glasses billed to her insurance carrier - $50 on 4/14/24 and $414.60 on 5/10/24. This pair is actually a total, new frame and lenses remake for patients satisfaction on an original pair ordered in January. We have learned the glasses shipped from our lab to our HFO **************** office on May 14th. The patient has been notified that they are there to be dispensed, but they have not been picked up to date.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. Their statement that the glasses were not picked up is inaccurate- I have picked them up.
    I consider this complaint resolved.
