    I spent over $90 for two pairs of shoes. This company is a complete rip off.They are not orthopedic shoes and made of thin plastic. They arrived in bags with Chinese stickers. They carry a very strong chemical smell. I am having to report them and try to get a reverse charge from my bank.

    This company is a fraud and needs to be shut down. I went online to ******************* web site to purchase a pair of support sneakers, and somehow I was rerouted to Smiths Picks. I did not realize that I was no longer on ******************* web site and ordered a pair of orthopedic sneakers. The sneakers arrived 45 days later and were cheaply made and did not fit. In fact, there was no size indicated in or on the shoe. I contacted them by email and never heard from them until I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and my credit card company submitted a charge back to Smiths Picks. I heard back from them within a few days of filing a charge back. They requested pictures of the shoes and copy of the shipping label and requested me to cancel the dispute. I refused to do so, they offered me a 50% refund for my purchase. Stay away from this company. The merchant bank should shut down this fraudulent merchant. I give them a NO STAR rating.

    I would give them less than 1 if I could. I ordered shoes for my daughter. Upon arrival they were not true to size. I sent an email to customer support asking for instructions to return them. They said they would get back to me within 1-2 business days. It has been two weeks today and I haven't heard anything so decided to call their "24/7 customer support number". I got a recording saying the number is not in order. Definite Scam.

    SmithsPicks is a fraudulent company. They false advertise, lie about their location, and won't return emails or calls. I ordered a pair of boots during the Christmas rush that they falsely advertise as being Uggs. The reviews were from people who compared them to thier other Uggs, etc. Within in a week, all Uggs references were removed. I received the boots and of course they were not Uggs. They were poorly made, poorly fitted and uncomfortable. **************** by phone and email were non-existent for weeks. Once they responded they said I would pay the fee to mail them back to ***** and once received they would evaluate my claim for a refund. All of this is fraudulent and **** needs to be made aware of this.Do NOT order from them.They need to be shut down.

    I ordered shoes for my wife that were listed as "Premium Orthopedic Casual Sneaker, Arch Support Orthopedic Walking Shoes" from SmithsPicks. They are made with cheap material and they only have a very thin, flat insole with no arch supports or other orthopedic qualities. I contacted SmithsPicks and they asked for photos. I sent them photos showing the outside and inside of the shoes showing no arch support or other orthopedic qualities. They replied and offered me a 10% refund and a 10% discount on a future purchase. I told them that the shoes are misrepresented on their website and that they are practicing fraud with their false advertising. They responded with a 20% refund and a 20% discount on a future purchase. This company needs to be shut down.

    I ordered Ugg Ultra mini grey Boots. When they arrived they are no labels.(defiantly not Ugg Brand) They were not even boxed. They were wrapped in zip lock bag and placed inside a shipping bag. I have emailed and asked to return the order. They did agree but I have to ship the boots back to China and that will cost over $150.00 and I paid $140.00 for the boots. They offered me a 10% discount and 20% on my next order with them.... I will never order from this company again. I am still communicating with their customer service for a better compensation but it looks like the most they are willing is 20% refund and I get to keep the product!!! As I mentioned before they said I had to return the item to China but the packaged arrived from Cedar Grove NJ. I wish I could upload the images of the package.

    I ordered a pair of Fleekcomfy Slip-ons for my daughter for Christmas and they are not what is being shown/advertised on their website. Cheap materials and flaws in the shoes as well. When I contacted them to return the shoes they told me I would have to send them back to ***** for a full refund and encouraged me to keep the shoes and offered me a refund of 10% of the purchase price. There is nothing on their site that informs you this company is based out of ***** and the product was even mailed from **********. No phone number and only way to communicate it through email. I would strongly suggest avoiding this site! Gave a 1 star rating because I had to select something to leave the review.

    I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. I ordered purple, they sent a pinkish color like mauve. I've been trying to return them and get a refund. I tried calling them. The number you have and their website are different. I've tried both numbers, neither of them work. I have emailed them. They want me to upload a picture. They sent an email about the size. It is not the size it is the color. This company is giving me the run around. I was wiling to reorder to get the right color. But now I don't trust them. I want a refund
