    I booked, confirmed, and paid in full for a two-bedroom condo in ************, ** on March 17, 2025, for a vacation scheduled from June 2027, 2025. On June 16just four days before our arrivalI received a notification from TZORT via **** that the booking had been canceled. The message stated TZORT would attempt to rebook us for the same property and dates.Over the next day, I communicated back and forth with TZORT. The only option they offered was for us to stay in a two-bedroom unit from June 2024 and then move to a three-bedroom unit for the remainder of our trip. This was highly inconvenient, as we were staying in a condo and would have groceries and supplies with us. Additionally, the proposed move date conflicted with an all-day out-of-town event we had planned. I specifically asked for a late checkout to accommodate this, but it was not ********** add to the frustration, I checked TZORTs own booking site and found multiple two-bedroom condos listed as available for our full travel datesyet they refused to rebook us into one of those properties. In the end the property allowed us to stay in the 2 bedroom for our entire stay without having to change to a 3 bedroom. Next time I will do my research when booking on ****. I would have made a bigger fuss with ZRORT before this trip but did not want the booking to get cancelled in its entirety!
