McGhee's made a great impression as we were accepting quotes for a new A/C unit. Chase explained all of our options and answered all of our questions. Our installer, Jim and his assistant, Walker were friendly and reviewed what they had done. Jim told us about a couple of things that we weren't aware of - humidifier calcification and furnace shut off switch that we may want to have addressed, and Walker talked us through our new smart Ecobee thermostat. Needed my heater and AC unit replaced after 30 years. Literally, everyone I dealt with at ******** was top-notch. ***** who made the sales call was the best and gave me options and explained the difference between each option so I could make the best decision for my home. I received a couple of appointment calls for installation, And both installers, *** and ****** are the best, Professional, Courteous, Clean and great at their jobs. I have used McGhee’s for a number of years and they have always provided good service. This time Matt performed the annual service on our furnace and humidifier. 5 starsMy AC unit was falling on the hottest day of the year so I called McGhee's in the evening. I received a return call at 750am the next morning, scheduling an appointment for just hours later. The tech arrived earlier than expected and had the issue diagnosed and repaired in twenty minutes. The entire situation was less than 12 hours! Great service, thank you!
