    I get paid bi - weekly. I did ***** hours from 7/3/22 - 7/16/22. I was supposed to get paid for those hours on July 21, 2022. They only paid me some of it on that date because the hours were not submitted accurately, so they paid me the remaining balance on July 27, 2022. Then I did 33 hours from 7/17/22 - 7/30/22. I was supposed to be paid for those hours on August 4, 2022. They again only paid me some of the hours I worked due to a worker at another company submitting my bosses admittance date at the emergency room for the wrong time. They paid me the remaining amount on August 11, 2022. Then I was due to be paid yesterday, 8/18/22 for the 30 hours I worked from 7/31/22 - 8/13/22. I got a call today, 8/19/22, stating that there was an issue between GT Independence and the other company with submitting our hours, so we are not getting paid on time again. We have to wait until next week. This is affecting my bills tremendously because both companies are messing up on my pay every check, so I am either getting half and waiting for the other half or like this paycheck, I am waiting for all of it now. Something needs to be done about the lack of care and attention to paperwork for myself and co - workers to get paid on time and in full. That is three paychecks in a row that have been messed up and I am about to loose my car, power and other important stuff because I can't pay without my paychecks.

As a payroll provider, GT Independence can only process time submissions for those hours that have been authorized by the employer's insurance. We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving these issues and lack of communication. We have assigned your account to an Operations Manager to ensure timely processing and communication of any issues that *** arise. We appreciate your feedback, and we intend to make your experience with GT better.
