    Avoid this place at all cost, you see who they are, so of course they are trying to scam. took my phone there less than a month ago to get my screen replaced with "original screen" and was charged 200 dollars for it and they added in a case. Day ago my phone fell from my bed to the carpeted floor cause a small chip on the side of the screen somehow. the next day my screen was completely black. I took my phone back to the repair store because I had a warranty, but was met with so rude manager ********* trying to talk over me then say she would fix it for 110 dollars. 110 dollars to put another super cheap thin sheet of glass on my phone. I recall ********* working on my phone specifically and telling me that i am covered for damage, but when I returned it was the complete opposite. THIS IS NOT THE ORIGINAL SCREEN. rude, disrespectful, cheap liars. don't go

    We would like to resolve this complaint in full, as this customer returned to our store after having dropped his phone resulting in physical damage. Our store policy, as mentioned to the customer at the time of repair, does not cover physical damage. We offer warranties on any defectiveness on our parts, for example if the touch stops working. This customer's device does not meet the qualifications for our warranty, seeing as he told us that his device was dropped on concrete while at his place of employment. We were not able to replace the customer's screen on his second visit due to the physical damage inflicted on his device, as shown in the photo submitted by the customer. Due to this physical damage, we could not replace the screen at no charge as the customer wished. We instead offered a large discount to replace his screen a second time. The customer refused and left the store without resolution.

    Tablet was not repaired correctly.Allowing difficulties utilizing the Apple tablet screen. Similar issues have occurred and many are leaving horrible reviews.

    Dear valued customer,

    While we appreciate your feedback, you must understand that repair of any device requires careful attention and detail. On occasion, after an initial repair is completed, further work must be completed in order to have the device functioning to our standards. It is entirely possible that after using the device for a while after a repair is completed, the device may present problems that were unbeknownst to us at the exact time of completion. Additionally, our post-repair evaluation is completed fully, in regards to the initial problem of the device. It is also entirely possible that the problem you were encountering after the repair was unrelated to the problem it is brought in for. This is why our store offers a 30 day worry free guarantee with any repair, meaning you could have brought it back in for a re-evaluation. We do not offer refunds on repairs, because this is a service we provide to customers, as well as payment for the parts used, which are unable to be reused after being paired with a device. The time and labor, in addition to our premium parts, are all factored in to the cost of a repair with us, which you must understand is not something we can give back, just as any other company cannot refund on services that were provided to a customer.
