    I brought a mattress through this company that has failed 2 times my mattress is sunken in now they are telling me that my mattress has numerous of stains on it which cause the mattress to be out of warranty and they will not replace it. I also brought a cover protectant to protect the mattress from stains so nothing like that would happen.

    Ordered a sectional/ table top back in May. Paid for white glove delivery. Sectional comes a week later. Delivery people slice the bottom of one of the couches getting it out of the packaging. The Velcro that’s on the bottom that’s supposed to hold the sectional together was stapled to itself or installed on the wrong side. Also a missing sectional leg. Table top and chairs come after 5 months of back order and promised delivery dates. Again paid for white glove delivery. The table top itself doesn’t line up with the holes. Only 6/8 actually line up. All 4 chairs were installed with missing screws on the chair legs or stripped hardware from them installing it wrong. Had a tech come out. Put in the order for a new chair and table. Came a week later new table was delivered with same issue of howls not lining up and only 2/4 legs came for the table. Gardner white won’t take accountability. Instead they deflected and said it must be the manufacturers problem and they don’t know there’s an issue until it’s in the home. I will never be using them again. I don’t know what we paid $5,000 for. Their customer service is crap. & I was treated like my issues weren’t their concern. Got hung up on while on hold with them they never called me back. I’m tired of going back & forth. Oh and the new table has a scratch ontop that’s 2 inches long so that’s nice
