    In early May 2023 I contacted Wallside bc 1 bedroom window wouldn't stay up & other bedroom window had lost its seal. May 24 the worker came out, measured both windows & said they would be repaired in 2 weeks. He also walked all over sheets & covers of both bed/futons with his shoes on! Didn't hear back from Wallside so after 3-4 I weeks called them. They said the previous worker could not reschedule-- they were very busy. They said a new worker would come out & complete the job on July 21st. When he arrived, the new worker said all the previous worker's measurements were wrong, but he had materials in his truck to repair the window that wouldn't stay open. The other window (had a broken seal) had to be rescheduled yet again!!! On 9/1, he was supposed to finish the job but could ONLY come during the exact time when I told them I had a Dr's ************ Had to reschedule another time! Was then scheduled to have a worker finish the job 9/7, but they never showed up. After calling Wallside, they then offered to reschedule, but not until 9/29. I insisted on talking w Supervisor. ******* (a supervisor) called back on 9/12). She promised she would follow up & job would be done by 9/15. On 9/13 worker **** called saying he would complete the job the following day (9/14). On 9/14 he did not arrive, but called after 6 pm to say he was running late, but he would come out next day. He then called the next day from my driveway saying he couldn't finish the job, because the replacement window had been removed from the truck when he returned it to warehouse the night before. This has gone on long enough, and at this point their warranty seems like a scam. I need BBB to contact Wallside w my complaint so that they finally complete the job that they promised!!!
