    I previously opened a complaint on 10/07/22 ********************* the owner of Wallside advised he was willing to provide a refund. Case number ********. He called me ONE time, I returned his call and no other followup. I then followed up again February 2023 to provide a resolution for something that has been going on for over 4 years at this point. Wallside has lack of follow up and concern. I paid for siding on my back patio door and the work was never completed. I would like a refund of my money. I emailed and **** called me. I returned his call 03/09/23 and followed up with an email advising that I would like to get it resolved. I really would like to resolve before I file a court case because this is getting absurd! Good Day ****,I called you earlier today about 3:30pm EST and left a message. I think we have a very hard time catching each other and would like to get this resolved ASAP.My initial installation was August of 2020, at that time I had various issues with installation, customer service, and many more. One issue that has been lingering has yet to be resolved is the fact I paid for siding to be installed around my patio door. I have spoken with *********************** and various other of your managers regarding this. Ive had various people come out to my home, one person says you all can do/will do and then they get here say they have to come back because they dont have whats needed. I have emails, text messages dating all the way back to 08/2020 and frankly I want this resolved. At this point, I simply need you to pull my contract and refund my money. Had I not followed up on this, no one at Wallside wouldve followed up with me, with no follow up from Wallside. I am disappointed to say the least because every home my parents owned you all have done work on and come highly recommended. So, it was on right for me to utilize Wallside services when I purchased my home. After this last experience its truly has left me with a very very bad taste in my mouth. Meer conversation about Wallside disrupts my spirit. ************************************* ************************************************* ************ If you need anything else for me to get this resolved please do not hesitate to contact me.Thanks, Chaquanda I want this resolved this month, not another day or year to pass that Wallside doesn't give me my money back so that I can find another company to complete my job. I'm asking for a refund of $1000 to be sent via fed ex with the tracking information. The lack of customer service and follow up is the reason why they have held on to my money this long!

    I had Wallside put in new windows in my home last year june 6 2022. They did a great job on them installers were great. Last christmas when it was very cold out I had ice build up on the windows on the inside of them. I took pictures on submitted them to Wallside. They sent out an inspector back on Febuary 6th and he looked at them and told me that they other complaints for the same problem and agreed that there was a problem with the windows.He told me that I would hear something from the company within a week or so. Well it has been over a month and still have not heared from them. I thought i was getting a quality replacement window and paid good money for them. The ice build up was between the frame and the window where it slides up and down not on the inside wall.

    Previously complained about poor window installation. Response was to schedule someone to come out in 3 weeks. I understand that Wallside Windows is busy and it would take time to send someone out. The day the individual was to come to my house, he called while sitting in my driveway. Individual was frustrated that I was not home. I told the representative that I scheduled with that I work, so why would I be sitting at home. I said I would be home in 10 minutes and rushed out of work. Individual texted me with a ridiculous excuse and left before I could get home. Company then rescheduled for December 28, 2022. That date came and no one called me and no one showed up. Company called to reschedule again and was not able to schedule until February 3, 2023. That will be well into winter and I have poorly installed windows. Truly unprofessional response when I spent a lot of money for new, functioning windows. Considering taking case to court depending on companies response in February.

    On July 20, 2022 I had contacted Wallside Windows for an estimate of a 2 family flat , After speaking to the Sales Representative *********************. MI He stated we can't install until 02/09/2023. On August 29, 2022, I contacted Wallside Windows to cancel the contract because I need the windows before 02/09/2023, after speaking to another representative he stated that Wallside had incurred fees of $600.00 and that's what I had to pay them. So I stated send me an itemized copy of the fees that was incurred by Wallside , I haven't heard from the company since August, 2022.. When I called the company to speak to **************** who was available there was two other people in the background speaking one stated we will put a "lein" on your property.. I want to be out of this contact, and get a resolution to this problem that has occurred., I haven't had any communication with Wallside Windows in over a month .

    Thank you for reaching out.  As was discussed, our customer signed a contract for 19 custom ********************** on July 22, 2022.  Months later, and after the 3 day right to cancel in the contract, our customer wished to get out of the contract and cancel the order.  Wallside has since explained to the customer they can cancel the contract and cover the costs incurred (measure fees, processing fees).  The contract is now cancelled.

    I had the company come out in August to fix a patio door that wheel is not working. They came and could not fix the door. A bracket is broke and screws are stripped so they could not get the door out to fix the wheel. They came today after several weeks of waiting and again cannot fix my door for they need more parts a door frame this time cause the screws are stripped and the frame will be destroyed removing them. This means another delay. I have already waited more than a month to get this door repaired-probably now over 6 weeks!

    On January 24, 2020 Wallside windows installed a window in my bathroom shower. I put in two complaints about the window leaking from the inside of the shower to the outside of my house. The soapy shower water was leaking down my newly installed fiber cement siding. They did a leak test and said it wasnt leaking in the walls. Fast forward to last week May 11, 2022 Im having my bathroom renovated. The contractor took down the walls in and around the window in my bathroom. The wood and siding under the window was soaking wet, moldy and rotted out. I took several pictures and a video of the condition of the wall. I contacted the construction company that did my siding, and the wood insulation and siding under the window needs to be replaced. I also contacted and sent pictures to wallside. I was told that since I had removed the window nothing could be done about compensation for the repairs. I replaced the window with a glass block window. The contractor working on my bathroom is on a schedule so he just went ahead the replaced the wood studs that were rotten so he could finish the bathroom. The siding construction company will work from outside the house to replace the osp wood and siding once the bathroom is done. The cost of the siding repairs were quoted as $1800. I think that since I told Wallside the window was leaking and they made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about they need to reimburse me for the repairs to my fiber cement siding.

    Thank you.  We have discussed this issue with our customer.  Our ********************** are designed to weep water outside the window so if any water gets within the window mechanism, it goes to the outside.  We expalined that to our customer when the initial complaint of water going outside the window was brought to our attention.  We did not have a chance to evaluate whether there was an additional failure or leaking of our window on the interior because the customer removed our window prior to the complaint.  However, we understand the concerns our customer has brought up and we agreed to a mutually agreeable resolution based on the circumstances.
