    I had my windows and Slide door installed on 7/14/22 by an awesome Crew from Wallside Windows, **** ***** ****** AND ****, They were very professional, fast, clean, polite, respectful and friendly, I am so happy with their work and will enjoy my new windows, thank you WOLLSIDE????I will recommend Wallside Windows to all my friends and family members.

    We replaced 36 windows and 3 doors which I believe is an ambitious job to try and complete in 1 day. A large group of installers arrived and began work before all the tarps and coverings were in place, allowing for dirt and possible damage to carpet and wood floors. A limestone windowsill was dislodged and re-installed backwards with poor tuckpointing. A crystal ********** was knocked several times and finally broken, even after I mentioned. Final grade B-. I spoke with my salesperson and was offered a carpet cleaning credit, I declined. It's more important to me that Wallside Windows review protection and cleanup protocols so this doesn't happen to someone else. The product (windows) seems great. The installation process was bumpy - I suggest you speak with the installation crew before they even enter your property to set expectations, my crew couldn't get a handle on their workers.

    **** and Al were amazing installers! They were quick, professional and did a terrific job at installing our new windows. It rained that day and I was amazed with how they didnt miss a beat in spite of that. We have a pond outside our kitchen window and they had to create a scaffold to delicately traverse the space over it. Again, there were no complaints only hard work and skillful craftsmanship. Very happy customers!!

    Everything from the start with wallside was a disaster,,They forged our signature on final paperwork,,Made promises about crediting our acct because of all the **************** appts which never happened..Will never refer or use this co.again..We have proof & copies & photos of EVERYTHING!!(recorded phone conversations as well,) Not a great idea to go with Wallside Window irreguardless of their sales or offers... You've been warned...JS

    Windows installed end of April. One was installed broken. The first appointment I made to get it fixed was cancelled. The second appointment they brought the wrong size window. The third time again brought the wrong size window. The service department has yet to call me to make another appointment- a week after the last appointment. Window is still broken 3 months later. **************** is terrible. I just want a window that isnt duct taped up and is safe for my kid to use. I dont think thats too much to ask of a new window.
