    Professional, good communication with status often updates of the order, due to the supply chain issues. The installers were professional and very friendly. They covered the necessary areas, they finished up 3 windows within an hour and they left no mess behind. Management followed up with a thank you note and made sure that the job was completed successfully. I highly recommend Wallside Windows for their product and their service!

    ****************** was the installer of our 5 basement windows and he was Outstanding. He was on time and got right to work. He removed the old windows, that were incased in cement, and replaced them with the new windows within 5 hours. Cleaned everything up when he was done and the windows look beautiful. Thank you ****************** for a job well done.

    Although we had to wait several months due to supply chain issues, it was well worth the wait! The installers arrived when expected and worked with the precision of a ****** pit crew. They installed 6 windows in about 2.5 hours, including clean up and hauling away the old windows. Very polite and professional. They made sure we understood how everything operated. Will highly recommend them to anyone who mentions they are in the market for new windows. Too bad we can't give them 10 stars for the outstanding job they did.

    Better than I expected, I had 8 windows put in the day before vacation, the team was early, got the job done and vacuumed after themselves, very impressed, love my new windows.

    Great work, communication and friendliness. We had a couple small issues during installation but the crew handled everything professionally and the office staff was on top of it to get our issues fixed. I would absolutely recommend Wallside.

    They stand behind their warranty without any hassles. I had gotten windows from Wallside before, and will only deal with them when it comes to windows.
