5 starsRecently purchased a bed and bed frame and was very happy with my experience. Store was clean, employees were quick to help, and price options had a great range for what fit our budget. 1 starPoor quality furniture, several issues with the furniture. I called one month after delivery. The furniture was to be repaired and taken away for weeks, when returned, other issues happened. Crooked recliner at one end of the sofa. Both recliner chairs had a loud rubbing noise and the one recliner was resting on my floor leaving a one inch dent into my carpet. The company will not refund nor allow me to choose another product, they continue to send out repair people. ******* was not helpful and seemed annoyed by my calls. In my opinion the company USED to be reputable but not today, sad. I will not buy from them again.

*****, we want to apologize for the negative customer service you have received while getting your furniture flaws addressed. We were unaware of rising issues past your initial service call, where we picked up your chair and did have it for a few weeks as the parts were backordered from the manufacture. After the initial service call, we linked you up with the manufactures factory warranty company, and unfortunately, they were denied the opportunity to work on the units under warranty. We have reached out to you offering refund options but have not heard back from you. Please reach out to us so we can make this right.
