    I ordered 2 light up orbs on Nov 29 as Christmas gifts. I did not receive them until after Jan 8th. I had emailed multiple times and they stated it was on the way. I even tried to “stop” the order since I had to buy other gifts in place of these since they did not arrive in time. When they did arrive they were not as described,cheaply made, and did not operate as advertised. I sent pictures and explained I wanted to return. I recently received and email that they would reimburse me $10 for the 48+ I spent on the items. I am reporting them for the extremely poor service, product, and return reimbursement. I just want to be sure no one gets robbed from this company.
