1 starI am still waiting on a 3rd transom window. The first two windows had a long streak through each one. The company I ordered the transom through had to order a 3rd transom window. I originally placed the order in February 2025. The first two transom windows were of poor quality. Awful quality. I also had a 9 foot door wall and a stair well window put in. Compared to those two items, this transom window is of poor quality. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer but got no where with Sunrise Windows customer service. The company who is supposed to install the 3rd transom window has yet to let me know when the 3rd transom window will arrive. What a terrible experience!! Whoever you are, don't buy windows from Sunrise Windows (could now be called MI Windows). I also never received my lifetime warranty information. If this is not remedied, I will have to seek legal action next.Review fromScott S.

I Had 20 Windows installed and they are Very Very poor Quality Windows and they Took 5 months to get from the factory.... The workmanship from the factory is poor....I Regrets Buying These Windows....

Not completely impressed with the window we received. We love the double slider with the solid center, that is perfect! However, there is already paint chipping off the lock knobs and the inside of both sliding windows has dried water stains that you're unable to clean. There is also some damage on the outside of the glass that looks like something rubbed the glass and left a permanent smear.Sunrise Windows & Doors

This company is a joke. It took 2 years to complete a 15-window project. Would you like to have broken windows / windows that don't lock for 2 years? Their quality control isn't bad, it's non-existent. They send out frames with windows that are broken, mis-sized, covered in factory goo, etc. The situation was so bad that the licensed local rep is planning on dropping them as a supplier.
Their company reps, including the CEO, are uncaring, unresponsive, horrible people. Oh, and the tilt-in windows (which are that are the only reason I went with Sunrise) do not seal out cold or noise. So glad I replaced my windows to get something worse. Going to be happy to see this company collapse.Sunrise Windows & Doors
