      If I could could give negative stars I would. Was recently in the phone with them removed 1 vehicle and added another. Was denied insurance due to a 1 year old photo used from Google maps when I literally just received the vehicle 1 day ago and it was stated so on app. They also never asked or used a photo on my other 2 vehicles. What kind of professionalism is used by an underwriters when seeing the vehicle was just purchased/received/ acquired/traded??? And proceed to use a year old photo??? Never asked the color of the vehicle and just assumed the vehicle that was in the Google photo was the same or even our vehicle??? There was no professionalism in that setting whatsoever. Just assumptions. As an American veteran of the armed forces, this is not the standard American businesses should be practicing!!!

      I called to get a quote for my vehicle and I specifically asked if it includes towing and was told it did. He said the total amount would be ****** .but when I received my policy the total was 137.00$ I called Hagerty and they told me it was because the towing was separate and not included in my policy and was extra. So I paid extra for the towing without knowing it or the agent telling me that. This is a very deceiving company

      Hagerty s is probably a good company, spends to much money on advertising??Not enough money on claims people..My claim: Adjuster was quick to come out and Hagerty was quick to send a check..But, watch the **** out? That is all you get/Called over 9 times, NO ONE WILL CONTACT YOU BACK..SO DO NOT TAKE THAT FIRST CHECK??? you are done with if so?Will check out my new insurance company for claims and recommendations

      Extremely disappointed with this company. One of their drivers crashed into my parked truck and winded up totalling it. Been yanked around for months with them just this week finally giving me a low ball offer. I've been asking for a supervisor to call me for 2 weeks with no response. This company is not about character or doing what's right. Stay away!

      Calling them is not a good experience. I called and was put on hold for an average wait time of 10 minutes. I'm 35 minutes into that and I'm most likely moving to an other company because I don't do this. The reason I called is it looked like I got signed up for something automatically and want to understand what that was.

      The people at this company are very rude, hateful, disrespectful and do not care about any new potential customers. They would not speak to me about track day coverage on MY bike that I OWN, that I allow my son to use for racing school because he is 19. They tried to "educate" me on my son being an able bodied adult. They'll claim "by law they aren't allowed to speak to anyone except the person that rides the bike". Absolutely rude, they talk condescendingly to you like you are below them. They have 0 concept of the fact that a 19yr old can still be a high school (graduating in May 2025) student due to being born in LATE DECEMBER, hence the child not being able to start public school till they're nearly 6 due to the age cut off for starting public school. they don't listen to your questions, instead they want to make you go to their website VS answering questions and helping folks that are new to track day insurance through the process. Their website didn't answer my questions, so i called them thinking it was a professional business, and left them with a big **** by the end of the second atrocious call. I do not recommend this company at all, especially if you are new to track day insurance. Absolutely disgusting, disrespectful and uncaring, they just want your money, the first ***** told me they only cover bike and track damage, no bodily damage to rider etc. They push and push their website with no explanation other than "by law we can't speak to you unless you are the one riding the bike".

      Hagerty came highly recommended by my buddy who also owns classic, diesel Mercedes. I I had a stacked policy on it for a matter of days when I was driving slowly and carefully on a snowy road well before dark and only 2 1/2 miles from my desitnation. I slid into a snow-filled ditched and stopped almost at a perpendicular angle at 11 o-clock. I immediately used Hagerty's app to request roadside assistance for a tow. The app didn't show a call had been submitted, however, so I called the company. I spoke to a 2nd rep and received an automated text saying my tow had been assigned to a company in Watertown. I called the gentleman and thanked him in advance for coming to get my classic car, which is when he shared that Hagertys initially accepted his $300 quote to drive 3 hours in a blizzard to rescue me, but then they immediately denied it. He was the only one to pick it up. So, for the next 7 hours, I spoke with a total of 22 (!!) people at the company, including managers, all the while begging them to let ***** **** Towing go get my car before someone with a big truck put it into neutral, pulled it out of the ditch, towed it, and rekeyed it. And that's exactly what someone attempted to do in during the hours I spent on the phone! When the tow truck driver/company owner arrived, he explained someone had put a strap on the bumper and ripped half of it off. It's now been 5 1/2 weeks since the two claims were filed, and Hagertys is an absolute JOKE! The "speciality" claims adjuster never called me until today after I left an escalated voicemail. She only emailed once 3 weeks ago. Today, she spoke down to me and made it seem like she was hardworking. The third party adjuster took weeks getting there and then missed items. They went back three business days ago, and now it's in the hands of my inept claims adjuster. From the moment I went into the ditch, I explained I had a service dog. Hagertys wanted to savwe $50-100 and nearly had my irreplacable car stolen.

      35 years of a perfect driving record but I'm uninsurable because of a comp claim in 2023. I'd hate to see what happens when you finally need to use them for an accident or claim of any type. biggest regret is sending them a whole bunch of referrals.

      Haggerty Auto is the most corrupt and abusive company that have no morals or ethics/ Their job is not to pay out legitimate claims has denied my stolen vehicle claim using absolute false accusations and creating a system of the rat watching the cheese. There are no check and balance. You are told that there are no other people in the company to appeal or ombudsman that looks out for the customer, Just the adjustor Scootie S asst Mgr Michelle G/. When asked the appeals processes they don't have one . The corruption is so imbedded they have you Abused and threaten through out the whole process taking away your civil rights with the statement of =If you don't comply we will nullify your claim. IE. Meeting the investigator and immediately having my phone invaded having to give the password and nothing is off limits If you don't guess what right they reject your claim. I review the rejection letter with my local Boulder Police and the said the answers Haggerty are claiming is law is not correct and have no basis . When I'm told I have made conflicting statements about clearcoat on the roof as reason for denial but when requesting their evidence im told get your own evidence can have my own recorded documentation Im had to order phone and text records from phone company. Told I have the person that stole the vehicle living with me and policy documents with lines omitted to fit their purpose. It is insane that they can operate against the public as they do. Of coarsen all premiums are to be paid in full upfront. I have contacted thr Colorado Insurance Commissioner This is insane. Its Dictatorship The California fires might be their Karma But most likely someone else's beating by Haggerty / Essentia Underwriting Parent Company Markel. Respectfully*********
