    ************************************************************* check Better Business Bureau, 86th district court under *********************************** page 2 of court cases and all reviews Not sure why this lady is not in jail.. but they keep letting her do this to people.. warrant sent for Larceny by conversion over $20, 000 and 2/ check NSF $500 or more

    Absolute ***** who will give you every excuse in the book! I dont know how she keeps the doors open as she does this to every customer, *** ***** to pay **** situations. After giving ***** large deposit and waiting 6 months, she couldnt provide proof of the cabinets EVER being ordered. Also had a credit card on file with her.bad idea. She ran the card up to $9,500/maxed out with out authorization of any kind. Requested a full refund and filed a report with the ******** ************* Stay away!

    Stay away from Northwood Kitchens!! After paying $30k to Northwood Kitchens, we were told our cabinets had been ordered and paid for in December 2021. We experienced 8 months of being strung along with so many lies and excuses from *****************************, owner of Northwood Kitchens, as to the status of our cabinets. In all of those months, she was never able to provide proof (from the cabinet manufacturer) that our cabinets had indeed been ordered and paid for. We hired an attorney to get to the bottom of what was really going on with our kitchen order. Attorney sent a letter to *****************************, to which she never responded. We found out that our kitchen cabinets, counter top, sink and faucet had never been ordered or paid for and after learning we were not the only people scammed by *****************************, we were advised to pursue criminal action against her and Northwood Kitchens. We filed a report with ******** ************* We're grateful to have gone this route as we were fortunate enough to get all of our money back from Northwood Kitchens!! Do not do business with Northwood Kit

    The owner of the business never came to our home and the wrong bathroom was done. It was incomplete and excuses after excuses took place from Jan. 10th-2021 until August.22-2022.We asked for a,$3,000 refund, insignificant compared to what is in store fore us. Lie after lie was told , including a bounced check.The Regulatory and Licensing ofMichigan can find no license.The ************************* will be contacted.
