    DBzon promises to have a product that eliminates gnats. I purchased this particular product in October of 2022. I purchased several of them in fact, for the maximum coverage of our house! The amount totaling $188.95. Upon receiving this product and immediately utilizing them, we waited to experience the results, however within the 48 hrs that they promise you will experience results, we could see no difference! I requested a refund for the full amount of $188.95. I was informed through my credit company that DBzon, denied the refund and submitted documents stating this was a legitimate charge! I am fighting to get my money back in the amount of $188.95 for this bogus product with false claims and false results!!! Please, other consumers, be aware!

    This company gladly took the payment for their ultrasonic squirrel repellents, but has failed to deliver the product. My son purchased the product for me, and addresses were different for billing and delivery. Ive gotten email after email from them asking me to confirm my address. I have verified the information, but still have not received the product. One email said I could not request the product again if I dont receive it. I have verified the delivery address, but they still continue to request it. Is the business even legitimate?
