    This company is not good. Started out acting like they cared and were there to help. I had a house fire and my insurance company had them come into my home to do some work. This company however made it sound like I had no other option than to have them do work in my home. The guy that came over acted like he really cared and seen I was in a lot of trauma due to it was a house fire and my fianc committed suicide in the house as well. He asked for the key to the deadbolt I had for the house which was what I now know was my first mistake. They took a bunch of things in my garage that was not affected by the fire other than some smoke. Some of those things were put on a sheet to write off but nothing was wrong with them. Most of my things were sentimental items that no amount of money could replace the meaning behind those items. They stole my moped that was also covered, a motorized small boat, brand new heat gun still in a box, many tools and more. When I confronted the man that actually runs the company they offered no remorse. They charged me over $23000. and on top of that made off with perfectly good items which I do not doubt they will sell and make even more money. Which goes with a comment that manger I talked to said to me. I had found out after getting a contractor that they can finish doing what needs to be done. I told the manager with Service Masters I no longer needed their service and to finish with just the inventory. He was upset at me and said I just cost them a bunch of money. And learning a lot of my things were stolen, I now know what happened to them. Please do not let this company come into your home or business. After doing some research, I found out I am not the only one they have done this to.
