On August 20, 2024 I ordered a product from them that they carry. This product has a 90 money back guarantee. On September 14th, I reached out via email to request to return the product. I did not think it performed as advertised and therefore did not like it. September 15th, customer ********************** responded and tried to convince me to keep the product. On September 18th, I answered this email again requesting for a refund. On September 19th, They responded again with additional talk to convince me to keep the product. On September 23, 2024 I responded to their 2nd email attempt to thwart my refund request and uphold the ******************************************************************************************* return instructions immediately. It has a week and I have not heard from them. efullfillment is either contractor or part of a group of individual business names within a parent company of sorts. The contact address for the retailer is efullfillment's address.

    To Whom It May Concern:

The individual has filed a complaint against the wrong party.  We do not sell any products, nor are we affiliated with any of our clients' business dealings or practices, including the collection of funds for purchases, returns or exchanges of product, or any customer ********************** that deals directly with our clients' customers.  We provide order fulfillment only for online retailers.  We have 600 clients worldwide and unfortunately, this individual is going to have to continue on with his complaint against the actual party he ordered from.  We do not provide our address as a contact, but rather our clients utilize it with regard to where to send customer returns. While we do process returns on many of our clients' behalf, we are not, nor can we be responsible for refunds as, again, we do not collect any funds from sales for any of our clientele.  We process the return and notify our client with the original order information.  If the complainant has purchased from one of our clients who does use our return services, they can return to our address, with the original packing list, and we will process the return and notify our client accordingly.  If this individual has the name of the business from which they made the purchase, and wishes to provide that information beforegabd, we would be happy to reach out to our client and inform them that this individual has contacted the BBB for a refund.

That is the extent to which we can offer help and again, we are not responsible for any of our clientele's actual business practices, customer **********************, or refunds for products.  efulfillment Service, Inc. should not be penalized or expected to accept blame for another businesses responsibility to provide mutually satisfactory service to their customers.

Finally, many consumers ****** "fulfillment center" and our company is one of the first to appear in a search.  If this invidual could be sure the return address on their package was **************************************************************************************************, and wants to send the item to our ******************* we will reach out to our client on their behalf.
