    This claim was filed at a time when the claimant had not paid the balance due for construction services and materials.  After demand was made by the contractor, the claimant, through counsel agreed to pay a negotiated sum in complete and final satisfaction of all monies due.  Despite an amicable resolution, reached through counsel, claimant has failed and refused to withdraw its previously filed claim.
