    I had a new furnace and AC system installed. Team Bob’s showed up on time, removed the old components and installed the new system. ****. and ****. were fantastic. They were courteous and kept things clean, as they brought in new components and removed the old. I highly recommend Team Bob’s and both ****.

    Couldn’t be more pleased with this company and their professionalism. Called about a concern, they were booking out two weeks, but offered an after hours spot for additional fee. I opted for that, but they ended up coming early and didn’t charge the additional fee. They quickly evaluated and fixed the problem at the same visit. Very knowledgeable. Cleaned up and kind to my pet as well. Great communication. Paid at the time of visit. Great explanation and gave me options in the solution. Would hire again in a minute. Shout out to Matt B. Great job.

    We had a laundry room sink that needed repaired. We always call Team Bobs for service. Matt came out - he was on time - professional - excellent communication - worked efficiently ! **** gave great customer service. Sink got fixed. Our experiences with Team Bobs over the years no matter the need has always been great. They are reasonable, professional and get the job done. Thanks !

    Team Bob's technician, Vincent B, came to our house last week and again today to conduct a multi-point checkup, troubleshoot/diagnose an issue, order parts, and complete the repair on our 2-stage Lennox furnace installed in 2015. This is typical maintenance that sometimes requires detective work to fully deduce. "Vinny" was on it. Right away he struck me as professional and thorough. While our furnace had a few issues to diagnose, Vinny used his own knowledge while also calling into Team Bob's technical resources to assist, and he kept me updated when I inquired. Plus, I walked into our furnace room after Vinny was done to ensure nothing was accidentally left anywhere for the dog to get -- and the room was immaculate. No papers, boxes, scraps of anything remained. Thank you, Vinny, for the excellent work!
