    The initial install occurred on November 15th, 2023.The total paid by me was $7,469.00.Reference # ********** Invoice # INV-9695. Dated 11/16/23.The company's main and repeated claim is that every house they insulate benefits by a significant increase in warmth and savings with less need of running the furnace. This has in no way been my experience. Actually the opposite occurred when the diagnostic report, done by ****** on February 26th, revealed further heat loss caused by inept work in my home's two attic spaces.I want to stress that this inspection would not have happened without my insistence of a problem. It's boggling to me that every job this company supposedly performs isn't inspected as a final step in proving what is actually being delivered to the client for their money. And I was told that the technology used for the diagnostic inspection isn't fully reliable. So how can a customer hold them fully accountable? Convenient. I was reluctant, after losing my former good faith in their service, to have their employees on my property again but needed mistakes fixed. A team of three people arrived on Monday March 4th to work in the attic spaces. 2 were trainees .The team leader's first question of me was basically "what do I do?" He said he had about 45 minutes of work to do and I suggested he check with his boss's estimate of half a day's work...all in all not inspiring confidence. I was shown pictures from the attic on his phone before he left, although I couldn't really tell what I was looking at.No further inspection was offered by the company and I'd prefer not to have to deal with them again. I did request a refund without naming an amount. I've kept my complaints between me and the company til now. But, after being offered a refund of only $250.00 (compared to the thousands I paid for such poor results) I believe I have reasonable and ethical grounds on which to ask for your help. For me and also all future customers. Thankyou

    In regards to the lack of quality and competent customer service shown in this diagnostic report, the refund of only $250.00 is hardly adequate. 

    The lack of  regard from the company for their customers is undeniable. 

    They even refer to me by a mistaken name at this point in their recent response.

    I am rejecting this response because it completely ignores  accountability for promises made and not kept all the while collecting and retaining money not earned. 

    I can't put it more simply. This is sufficient and further explaining is redundant .

    But asking  people who only value profit to act honorably is seemingly an alien concept.

    I'd hoped that the BBB held businesses to a high standard.

    The insulation has not proven to lower my energy costs.This is evident by my energy bills. The company's claim to the contrary is misleading.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Communication has reached a stalemate and is not proving helpful except to keep us going in circles. I don't believe any further dealings with this business would serve a useful purpose.

    So, rather than more lip service, I request a significant refund rather than the token amount of $250.

    Apart from this, I don't need to hear anything more from the business. 

    Can a third party help with this or not?
