Made an appointment for them to come out for an estimate for the 10th of May at 12:30 pm. Told us Jr. would be in our town so made that appointment.Then they messaged us again the same day & asked if they could help us; told them we already had an appointment. They never showed up to the appointment. Called them, said they did not have that appointment on the ****** ******* have to get back with us to confirm that appointment! Then we called them back and they made up a story that we would call them back at 4:30 when we first called; and we would let them know later that day; we never ever told them that! We told them the appointment ********** were fine when we first spoke with them. When we called asking where they were cuz they didnt show up; it was a nightmare! Then I asked well, if Jrs. Is here in our town; send him over. Said he wasnt there anymore. They lied on every avenue! What kind of fly by night business is this! They dont even list an owner on the business; just co-owners! Dont do business this way & not getting our money! Something is wrong here or they are just not very smart!!

We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the experience that you had with our staff, but It is written down in the our notes from the first interaction that you had with one of our secretaries ; where a gentleman told our secretary that he will call her back at 4:30; after he didn't call back our secretary reached out to you then left a voicemail. Since nobody confirmed an appointment time or date , we couldn't reserve the appointment for someone who didn't confirm it with us. Our schedule changes daily and that was the case in the instance. We offered to send our rep out to you still but you refused and were not cooperating with us. Then you went on to call our secretary stupid and use inappropriate language with her. We might understand your frustration but we will not tolerate disrespect toward any of employees.
