I left a review of my experience on ******. I had an employee come out to do a quote for roof damage and while he was here I also had a plumber fixing a bathroom vent pipe. The plumber told me they did not do the seal for the boot and that would have to be a roofer. I asked the employee (******) to add that work to our quote. I was never told a price or service fee for the work that would be done. I was later sent an invoice for $175 for installing a boot seal. I contacted the plumber who confirmed ****** did not install a boot seal, he sealed around it. When I called to discuss this I was told I was given the price and probably didnt hear it because I was on the phone. That was not true. I paid my bill immediately because I knew there was nothing we could really do about that. I got a call from **** after he read my review (same as above review) who was extremely aggressive and wouldnt let me tell him my experience. He told me they get raving reviews and I was a very very very very miserable person. He then commented on my ****** review and said I was a cranky person who didnt want to pay my bill. I was never hateful nor rude to them in any way. I am blown away by how unprofessional this company is.

As I said, we discussed this with **** before reaching back out after the original complaint, after he called me to discuss the pipe flashing, he told them what I said about the $175.00 ***** said she was on the phone and acted annoyed even dealing with his questions, this being said there was a communication issue, but I don't feel it was ours. If they would have asked for me and acted like civilized people, I would have happily voided the bill. Instead, they wen strait to Google like children stating falsehoods. I may not be the friendliest to ignorant people, but I run a solid reputable business. I take ***** word over hers 100%....Review fromD. T.

Did work on my roof and didnt fix the leak.! Will not return my calls, further damage to the ceiling because leak wasnt fixed.Preferred Roofing Services, LLC

We replaced rotten roof deck and re-flashed her chimney; the leak is in the chimney chase itself. It was made clear of this, and a sider needed to correct the issue.She has no service at her house so to say we won't return calls is quite inaccurate.D. T.

Saying I have no phone service isnt true, I have a land line. Which the owner used to call and yell at me for my review.
