    I was very disappointed with this company. Terrible customer service ! Owners refused to finish work ( stump grinding & clean up ) on my back tree. It took 6 months to tell me that owner refuses to finish job I pre paid for. I sent verified emails of owners communications to me the customer. In 2 emails Jacob ( owner ) acknowledges that stump grinding and clean up is still due to me and will come back in one week to finish. I have ( emails ) in writing that Jacob ( owner ) states he will finish job but never did ! I had to hire and pay another company to finish the job Creative Canopy Tree Service never completed . You would think after sending this company verified emails that show I was still owed stump grinding and clean up they might make it right in a speedy , timely fashion but I received nothing but more dishonesty and refusal to make things right.
