One of the shower doors had a chip out of it, and the base was creaking. We reached out to the service department to start the process of getting it repaired. During that time I did some research and found that Re-Bath does this one of two ways. They will access the shower base from underneath drill holes and shoot foam, or they will go through the base its self. When talking to the service guy from Re-Bath on the phone I explained that we had access from under the house because we have a basement for our mechanicals like the water heater and furnace. I asked that they drill from underneath and shoot foam that way. The guy on the phone said thats how they would do it. I opened the access to basement showed it to the service guy he went down and looked. He said that was how he would do it. He closed the door and I heard a vibratory cutter fire up and heard cutting. When he was about to leave when I noticed foam on our bathroom ceiling. I pointed it out and he cleaned it up. After he left I went down to the basement. There were no holes other than the hole for the plumbing for the drain. I went back up to the bathroom and found the base was caulked along two lines. When you push on it you can see that part of the base moving. He cut into the base and foamed it through the base exactly as I had asked them not to and he had said he wouldnt do. Looking further I found foam up the wall at one of the corners and more damage to the base where he had hit it with the cutter. He looked me in the eye shook my hand both before and after doing this work, and lied to me. My wife and I spent more than a years worth of our savings on this remodel to be treated like this, $12,000.00 to be lied to and dismissed. Do not waste your money with this company unless you want to be treated like this. Just getting them to our house to do this repair took from October to February. The base still creaks and they damaged it. It looks good, but we didnt pay this much to be treated this way.Re-Bath of Michigan

**** did an AMAZING job with our new shower. He was professional, timely and friendly. Our previous set-up had some broken and cracked drywall around the edges of the tub which he repaired by wrapping the wall insert around the edge. He exceeded our expectations in every way.After he finished the job I accidentally smudged part of the caulk line at the base and he immediately returned to fix my ********** was a tad pricey, but after seeing all the work completed it was definitely worth the price.Re-Bath of Michigan

I am very pleased with my ReBath bathroom installation. My installer, ******, did a great job. The job was completed in time for me to enjoy my Thanksgiving day and Thanksgiving weekend. Great process and results. My sales consultant, ***, was knowledgeable and personable but never pushy. My installer, *****, should have signed my new shower because it is a work of art! ***** is meticulous and extremely talented. He patiently answered all of my many questions and when a couple of decisions had to be made about fit due to my bathroom lay out, he gave me my options, his suggestions and then let me make the decisions. I appreciate that as *** had other contractors just do what they wanted without asking and have to make corrections. ***** was friendly and respectful of my home. My little dog liked him too. ??. Its not a cheap product but nothing is cheap these days and you get what you pay for. I am very happy with my new shower and recommend Rebath and *****.Re-Bath of Michigan
