    I ordered a buy three/ get two free promo for underwear, but the two free pairs were automatically removed from my cart, which i didnt see since the price didnt change (this part is my bad - but I am 100% sure they were in the cart and were automatically removed). I contacted customer service, but they didnt seem to read my email at first - I got a reply that just listed what I bought, which was unhelpful. After a follow up email, they said the only way to get the promo would be to return my purchase (and pay a return shipping fee) then re-order. I like the items, but for a company that sells $25 underwear I expect better customer service.
