      I cannot in good conscience recommend Modernistic for mold remediation. My health and well-being were negatively impacted due to what I believe was serious negligence and poor follow-through on their part.I hired them in April 2024 to remove black mold from my basement. I paid in full and was initially told the job had been completed. However, six months later, I began experiencing health issues. A separate professional who came to inspect the space found that mold was still present.When I contacted Modernistic, it was incredibly difficult to get a response. After repeated attempts, I finally spoke with ***, who insisted the job had been finishedeven though no follow-up testing had ever been done to confirm the mold was gone. This is a basic and critical step in proper ************** wasnt until I mentioned potential legal action that I finally received a callback. Even then, the lack of accountability and conflicting information made it impossible for me to trust that the job had truly been completed. In the end, I had to hire a different company to finish the work and ensure the safety of my home.Please think twice before trusting Modernistic for mold removalthey did not take my concerns seriously and showed little regard for customer care or health.

      If I could give them a worse rating I would, BBB doesn't allow enough characters for a full review, for my full review ****** modernistic and look for "codyhazzard13". The short version is, they screwed up literally everything they did, they didn't even finish the job, they took an outrageous amount of time to finish it, and they damaged my furnace and ************** in the process. It has been 5 months and I am still arguing with them about the damage they caused.
