      I have always liked the coupon book but I made a hotel reservation through them and they didn't honor the contract. I requested cancellation because of sickness. **************** said i would get a full refund or voucher. They charged me for 2 nights when I should have been penalized for only one night. Then they said the hotel wouldn't cancel it! I called the hotel and they said they couldn't cancel it because I made it through entertainment.

      I am sorry that you had an issue with your hotel reservation. Each hotel partner has their own customer service that you must have spoken with. I do not see any interaction in our system that you contacted us directly. If you would send us and email to ****************************************** with the details of who you booked through and reservation number, we can reach out to our partner and see if they can assist you with this issue.

      I wish I would have seen these reviews and complaints before purchasing multiple reservations for hotels with Entertainment. I had purchased a 2 night stay at a hotel in ************ at a high price. The hotel dropped their prices and they agreed to let me cancel and rebook. Entertainment also agreed to the cancellation, but they decided to take a cancellation fee out of the refund without letting me know. An employee promised me a refund for the cancellation fee and told me to wait 10 days for refund. After 10 days, I did not receive the refund so I contacted customer service again who then stated I CLEARLY wasn't entitled to a refund. This company has way too many different customer service representatives handling your emails/issues and they contradict each other. The employees are not on the same page. Think twice before using this company for so called discounts. They are a bait and switch company and I am also filing a complaint with my employer to drop them as an employee discount option.

      Same as prior review - predatory renewal practices. You can't even cancel in your 'manage account' - you have to request a special link to be generated to take you to a unique portal to cancel. Conmen - see below for imminent copypasta response from the company, just like with their emails
