    They are extremely unlreliabe, unethical and unprofessional. They picked up from my office in ******, *****, two of my very expensive dental handpieces for servicing in March 2022. 1. NSK Ti.Max Z95L electrical handpiece. 2. ***************** Turbine 4H handpiece with motor. I have complete email trail that shows they received the equipment. I got an email back from them asking for approval to fix them once they received it. They provided an estiamte of $1104.68. It looked overpriced so I asked them to return the handpieces on Apirl 25, 2022 via email. Since then I have made dozens of calls to them and dozens of emails. One of the excuses provided was that it was their franchise that took the handpieces. I called DentalFixRx, the email belongs to them for all practial purposes if we believe in their lie, even they they are responsible as a customer there was no way to figure out whether I was dealing with the company or the Franchise. They put you on hold and then disconnect the line. I have tried my level best. I still reserve the right to engage with the police or my lawyer but I will try all other options before I go to that level.
