    I signed a contract to install a new Generator on September 1st, 2022 and was promised to have it done in 4-6 weeks I gave them a $10,000.00 check as a down payment, the rest ( $9000.00) upon completion, 2 months later and nothing is happening and no update on when they will install I had to call and inquire and gave excuses on working on permit to they are busy, On October 31st I asked if I can get my deposit back since nothing has been done they refused and said they are scheduling he installation on Nov 10 or 11th, they came and installed it on November 10th but it was missing part ( controller) and they come back the end of the week to install it, move forward to December 12th i send then a text to find out when will they come and install the missing part, the reply was they are still waiting for the part, they call me on Feb 28th and said the part is in and will come the next day to install it, they did and then a month later we had an outage and the Generator did not work like they promised, They came out and said it needs another part need to be ordered and promised a week or so, and we are still waiting for it 4 months later, I have texts correspondence and emails to verify the contents of this letter.
