    Extremely Unprofessional Contractor, Stole My Deposit I recently had a signed contract agreement with *** to fix my loose gutter. We agreed on a time for him to arrive, but my experience was far from satisfactory. *** arrived late and I was not home upon his arrival. I explained I had to rush to the hospital due to my 90 years old grandfather's fall that morning, he showed no care or concern for the situation.Instead of understanding the urgency of the matter, ***'s only concern was the remaining balance. I told him I'd be there within 20 minutes as ************************* is just 15 minutes away from my home. Per the contract, the final payment is not due until completion of the job. I assumed he could start preparing for the job as my wife rushed out of the hospital to meet with him. To my surprise, my Ring camera captured him waiting for just under 10 minutes and then leaving without attempting any further communication.For the next few days, *** ignored our calls and messages until I called from a different number. His response was shockingly unprofessional. He was rude, insulting, and completely uncooperative. When I suggested rescheduling, he refused and even declined to return my deposit. When i told him I would call the bank to cancel the check if he refused to return the deposit or finish the job, he responded by saying, "good luck with that" and hanging up.This experience with *** was not only disappointing but also highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise against doing ANY business with him, as his actions and attitude reflect a lack of respect, empathy, and professionalism.
