Absolutley terrible customer service. *** is unfortunatly really my only option for the types of products they offer. It seems like 7 out of 10 orders i make with them have some type of issue with it. Their choice of carriers for shipping is atrocious and always ends up with me having to call and fight with the carrier. They also do the Scammy feeling thing of offerring "Overnight shipping" and theb proceding to wait however ling they want before deciding to ship your order overnight. Quite frankly if there was another site i was able to order from i woyod jever look bavk on ***.

The customer ordered on Friday September 6, 2024 through our website. Our website clearly states we are closed on Fridays and that orders placed at that time will ship on Monday. His package was shipped out overnight on Monday and I have proof of delivery on Tuesday September 10th. We replied to his email on Tuesday September 10th when he asked where the package was, with this info and the tracking number. He received his order in the exact time that was designated.
