Predatory and Harassing Practices:I am filing this complaint against Lending Force due to their predatory and harassing practices. This company has repeatedly engaged in unsolicited contact, bombarding me with unwanted phone calls despite my explicit requests to stop!Unsolicited Calls: Lending Force has called me multiple times a day, often from different numbers, in an attempt to circumvent blocking. These calls are aggressive and clearly violate consumer privacy standards.Predatory Behavior: The representatives use high-pressure tactics to push financial services, which feels coercive and unethical. This is particularly concerning given their claims of offering "help" to consumers while clearly prioritizing their profits.Lack of Accountability: Attempts to speak with a supervisor or remove my number from their system have been ignored. The calls continue without any regard for consumer requests or boundaries.Desired Resolution:I request a full investigation into Lending Force's business practices, particularly their adherence to laws regarding telemarketing and consumer protection.I demand that they cease all communication with me immediately and implement proper compliance measures to prevent this behavior from happening to others.Their harassment is not only unprofessional but also illegal under telemarketing regulations. Lending Force calls me a minimum of three times a day from different numbers each time that are designed to look like local numbers to my state, not Michigan phone numbers. I've never expressed interest in a home loan within the last 2 years and have never once initiated contact with Lending Force. Yet they keep calling me saying i recently expressed interest in a home loan. I've asked to be unsubscribed. I've tried being nice on calls, I've been blunt, rude, angry - nothing gets these people to stop harassing me. This is an act of desperation as this has been going on for well over a week.Business Response

Company keeps calling me from random numbers throughout the country. I have never applied for anything with this company, nor have I any interest in the products from this company, but they call me several times per day. When I do happen to answer the call, there is silence for about 10 seconds then they call me by my name with a lot of background noise. I need to be removed from any calling lists they have me on as I have zero interest in ever doing business with this company due to their predatory and constant calls throughout the day.Business Response

I understand that sales cold calls are part of the business, however, when a call is made and an effort to be removed, reverse sell, essentially any act that is contrary to the cold call should immediately be ended and the call recipient be placed on the do not call list without hesitation.

I received a VA appraisal on my house from Lending Force and they won't release it to Navy ********************. I've been asking for the appraisal to be released for over 2 months, but ****** *****, the president of Lending Force, won't release it. This company will not stop calling. I have received two calls today where I answer the phone and there is silence in the other end. I call the number back and they answer me by name and tell me I have inquired them about a mortgage loan. After the first call I requested that they remove my information from their system and never contact me again. They called a second time from a different number. I have never contacted this company or contacted anyone except my current lender about my mortgage in over 4 years. When I ask them why they are calling me they tell me Im the one who called them. I filled out an application for a HELOC with a lender that I'd been in contact with. As soon as my application hit my credit report I began getting phone calls from various numbers local to my location. Some say Onvoy LLC, when I finally answer it's someone from Lending Force trying to "help me with my mortgage". I never contacted this company for anything. They simply got my information from the credit reporting company. Either equifax or transunion.They have called over 15 times in the last hour and 87 times yesterday during local business hours.Even after I spoke to someone about being placed on the do not call list.Stop with the shady lead generation and build a reputable brand!Business Response
