  Premia Relocation Mortgage is the best, and I am devastated that I cannot use them for this home purchase due to a new company policy. Premia will go above and beyond to understand the homebuyers needs, educate the homebuyer on the current market and loopholes other companies are using to make their rates appear better, and ultimately, Premia finds a way to match those rates. I sincerely enjoyed working with **** and I wish that I could work with him again.This is my second relocation in 5 years, and only my second home purchase. When I found a home to buy, I immediately reached out to ****, the senior mortgage consultant who I worked with last time on my first-time home buy. He remembered our process from 3 years ago and he jumped through hoops to try to make it work, even securing the lowest possible rate. Ultimately, I have been essentially forced to use one of my companys preferred lenders so that I dont forfeit thousands of dollars of relo benefits.I will tell my company about the chaotic and negative experience Ive had with the other preferred lenders with the intent to get them to add Premia back. If Im fortunate to have another corporate relo, I hope Premia is on the preferred list again, and I look forward to working with ****. So happy for everyone else who can work with Premia- youre in great hands!

  The team at ****** is 1st class. A special thank you to *********************** for all his hard work. Moving across the country was stressful enough and ***** took the burden of the entire loan process and shouldered it so we could focus on starting our new adventure. If you are looking for a no pressure and highly competitive loan, Premia is where its at. If you want to feel like you have family watching out for your best interest through the entire process, then throw *********************** in the mix.   I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about ******* our loan specialist. She was second to none and truly went above and beyond to not only provide exceptional service but also made it personal and treated us like family. She worked tirelessly and many days after hours to ensure our process was smooth. We have purchased 4 homes throughout the past 15 years and never, ever had we experienced or had some an incredible experience.Your company is truly lucky to have *******.   I found one of the loan servicers through a previous loan when he was with that company. This is because he was one of the best loan servicers I had ever encountered. He came through again. 21 days from my reaching out until closing! Want a smooth process from start to finish? Then I highly recommend Premia. This, in addition, to offering competitive rates and policies (such as automatically reaching out to re-lock in a rate should it drop between first rate lock and closing), the staff has excellent industry knowledge and great patience with demanding clients such as myself.
