      I have been to the optical at least 5 or 6 times for vision issues. My needs weren't addressed. I was given a prescription that was not accurate. I asked for reading and I was given computer and didn't not find out until after I had glasses made. Staff is horrible, will not return to this optical.

      We signed a contract for a 2022 **** maverick truck almost two years ago. We finally received a 2023 not 2022 last week. It doesn't have what we ordered on it. It doesn't have 360 cameras (it only has the rearview), heated seats all around and the adaptive cruise we ordered. When we brought it up we would be called liars. After awhile they would admit that packages were rearrange into other packages or split into two packages and installed the cheaper package to save money. To make it worse people that work at the dealership ordered theirs the end of last year got theirs before we did.

      I have taken it to the **** dealer in ********* three times already to have the issues with recalls to be replaced and they only end up fixing one thing she refuses to take pictures of the third row passenger side seat where the stitching came undone and I've already spoken to ****** at **** inquiry through the ***** number and she's a very little bit help and she said that she cannot answer my warranty issues or questions and there's no one available to answer warranty issues or questions the rear window defrost sensor is still broken and that was never replaced the vehicle was at the dealership for 2 days straight the underhood fire recall was also not done or fixed so she's had the vehicle and I've lost two days of use of the vehicle and really only fix one thing I cannot be without my vehicle when she stated that all these things would be fixed when I scheduled a month out and she said her only appointment was December 15th which would have given her enough time to order all the parts for the vehicle to be fixed by this time when I had called her back in November. I'll be more than happy to submit the pictures myself of the vehicle seat stitching coming undone. Since the corsicana dealership and ennis ***** dealership cant seem to be competent to do any services on this vehicle. And it's unfortunate because that's where I purchased the vehicle and ***** *****.
