  I was sent a email 3 weeks ago from the scammer asking to buy some stuff from me . They sent me a check to get deposited for me to order their items . I deposited the check a few days before getting a notice that it was a fraudulent check.

  We had multiple checks that were fraudulent which a person tried to get cleared through our 5/3 bank that had nothing to do with our company. They were not our check stock, not in the same series of check numbers and not names affiliated with our company. I am sorry for *********************** loss but there will be no refund as we did not let the check clear and it was not written by our company.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
  
  The person **************** sent me the check that was fraudulent, she said it was a real check when I deposited in my bank account . A few days later it was reversed and got taken out of my account and the bank emailed me and told me the check she sent and I deposited was fraudulent! I was able to use some of the money that was on the check as well but now Im in the negative . The money I used before was used when I deposited the check until it got reversed! This company is fake as well so not sure why I cant get the money back when it was their fault for sending me the fraudulent check.
