After a free consultation with Dr. **** ****** at Pain Free Life Centers, I consented to one free laser treatment. After he completed my consult, before the treatment started, Dr ****** requested my credit card. I complied, but in haste I ended up handing him the wrong card. After treatment, I went to desk to finalize paperwork, schedule and retrieve my credit card. Surprisingly they processed the card for $2400. I was skeptical as to why the doctor took my payment in the treatment room. I also questioned why the payment was processed before I was able to decide if the treatment I received was something to invest in. Either way, at the end of the free session it was too late to use another card, as I was told the reversal would cost up to $74 in additional charges. Sadly, I was financially obligated before I ever reached check out. I signed forms, ultimately signed my credit card receipt and attempted to schedule. The office manager, multiple associates and I all looked over both the ****************** daily schedules; there were no feasible times available, due to my lengthy commute, their days/hours of operation available. When I left the office, then immediately called from the parking lot. I stressed my dire concerns with scheduling and the unintentional use of the card they processed. I pleaded with the office manager to help me and thats when she told me that doctor would reach out to billing to rectify the charges and then reach out to me. Over the days following, I made several phone calls with no one offering real assistance or resolution. I contacted my credit card company and stopped payment. I was hoping **** would consider this as an opportunity to rectify the situation. That was over a month ago, I have received zero communication from the clinic. ******** recently sent me a letter, stating that **** disputed my claim due to contractual obligations. At this time, I am seeking a full refund for services that have not been rendered or scheduled.
