    I signed a 12 month commitment for motor information systems for the price of $2335. When it was up for renewal I spoke to a ******** when she called the office and asked if I wanted to renew and I told her no that the product did not do well for my business and she stated she would cancel so it would not be renewed. Now this company has some ganky lawyer's office sending me emails threatening me and telling me I owe them over $2800 and when I try to explain to them that the the subscription was not renewed they just ignore my emails back to them and say I am not responding to anything. I just want them to stop harassing me as the program was canceled and I did not sign anything saying it will for sure automatically renew. Bill should be zero because it was canceled and I did not renew. As you can see on form I signed it says 1 year subscription and 1 payment. It says on the bottom the subscription MAY automatically renew but does not state that it WILL automatically renew and as stated above, I spoke to a ******** that called me and told her I did not want to renew when she asked me if I wanted to to renew or not.

    Purchase fleet cross information for use on heavy duty truck repair, paid for 1 year subscription and never said in agreement it would automatically renew. Stated agreement may automatically renew payment I got charged $1140.98 on 9-20-24 for a renewal. I called motor the same day wanting to cancel the subscription as I do not want it. Got the run around on that day saying no one was available to talk with. I left a message. 9-23-24 I called an again and got the same run around, left another message. Finally got a call back and after I talked with **** ******** in retention department, he stated that they did not have record of me wanting to cancel so they will not refund or cancel my subscription.
