  After full payment in good faith for residential roof repair by Green Homes Roofing and Solar in February 2024, the Certificate of Completion has not been received per our contract. Despite several calls and emails, this company has disregarded requests to provide, in writing - by mail or email, a Certificate of Completion. At this point, it seems that my only options are to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Michigan licensing and regulatory agency and a court civil action for breach of contract.

  Everyone at Green Homes was amazing to work with. They answered all my questions and concerns, before and during our roof repair job. They were super professional and our new roof looks amazing. I appreciate the thorough clean up job after as well and the extra steps they did to protect our deck and garden during their work. I would recommend to anyone looking to do roof work or repair!

  Having just bought an older home in ********, I knew it needed a new roof and had 5 bids come in and found that Green Homes spent the time to review everything with me A-Z. Their sales rep **** was very attentive to my needs and the time-line for the job to be completed. Once we agreed to the job, their owner Winston came out and reviewed things with me the day the work started and throughout the 2- day job. This company is very hands on and explained everything to me as the job progressed. I would highly recommend Green Homes to anyone interested in a fair price for a quality job.

  My house was in need of a redone roof, and it was complicated by the fact I already had a solar panel array installed. So I was looking for a company that could handle everything at once. Green Homes did that, and they were great to work with. Very friendly, communicative and prompt. They handled the entire solar array removal and reinstallation as well as the new shingles and other roof repairs. Everything looks great and the repairs were done quickly. I'd be happy to work with them again for either solar or roofing needs, or even both. Very happy to have found them.

  Green ***** Roofing completed an exceptional roofing job on my home. From beginning to end, they were considerate of my time, respectful of my property and kept me informed on the project. They completed ******* in two days, with Winston ( the owner) personally asurring I was satisfied with their work. Additionally impressive was ****'s follow up a month afterwards to assure my complete satisfaction. I just wish they completed home remodels, It was refreshing being treated so well, they made me feel like family. Thanks for the "cookies" too.

  ***************************** exceeded my expectations. I had three prior roofing companies to give estimates. These roofing companies added excessively and, in my opinion, unnecessary work to their estimates. At times I felt humiliated and taken advantage of. At one point, I became discouraged because I couldn't get the work done, or they wouldn't do the work needed. I called *****************************. Their representative, **** came out, I told him what I was looking for and he said we can do that. **** said, 'we will put our hands on every part of your roof.' They did a really good professional job in a very short period. They removed my old roof. They made repairs and rebuilt portions of my roof. They didn't judge or back down from complex parts. They put a new roof, gutters, and soffits. They saw my vision and gave it to me on a silver platter. I was so impressed with the work that I gave them a tip. I would like to add being a disabled veteran, ***************************** gave me discounts on all the work. If I can sum up my dealings with *****************************, they don't play games; they are simply the best at what they do! I wholeheartedly recommend their services and I hope to do business with them in the future. God Bless!
