    My mother requested ************************* to come and quote out some electrical work. They both agreed to between 10:30 and 11:00 am. **** arrived early and my mother wasn't yet home. They spoke and she explained that she was on her way home and would be slightly late. **** agreed that was okay. At approximately 10:37, **** decided to leave and call my mother *******, threatening her with a service call charge for not being there, and then said she would force the bill to accrue interest before taking her to court. My mother is disabled and is on a fixed income. He was using a bill to bully her. Remember this was for a quote, and he had agreed to wait for her arrival. She arrived at 10:38 to find him not there. He has since stated that he will take pleasure in costing her as much money as possible for this false charge, and will be elated to see us in court. This is unprofessionalism at its finest. I don't know if the entire intent was to scam my mother out of her money by agreeing to wait, and then leaving and demanding payment, but it sure seems that way. If this is the way they do business, than I recommend everyone steer clear of these people.
