      Our dealings with Bluefish Vacation Rentals has been very good. We reserved a New Buffalo area rental home in late 2022 for a week in August of 2023. We called for information and Bluefish Vacations Office answered promptly. All our questions were answered and any concerns addresses--concerns about our family with young grandsons. This is the first time we have tried to do this. The rental was easy and expectations clear. We put down a deposit and received a confirmation and summary of the rental agreement. We have ***** and *****'s email and phone number and feel very comfortable asking questions. My wife and I look forward to enjoying a summer family vacation with our son and his family and our daughter and her family. NB from their letter to us: Well be sending along additional information regarding access to the property, concierge services we offer, as well as suggestions of what to do during your stay. Please let us know how we can be of assistance either prior to and/or during your stay.We look forward to meeting them and hearing their advice.

      This company hired me over the phone. I had told them that I had put my two weeks in to work for them and I had a set date in when i was supposed to start. They moved my set date back because they stated an emergency popped up. The next week when I was supposed to start, they messaged me the day of stating that they no longer need people knowing that i had already left my old job to work for them. I am very upset and disappointed that they did this to me. I have bills to pay and i had no heads up. They need to fix their business quality. They should not be telling people last minute that they will not have that job after hiring.
