    Purchased eye glasses before pandemic only for the sole use of travel so I could leave them with my travel items and have a pair of glasses to pack. Fast forward tried to use and the prescription was completely off. Every time they would make the back of my head hurt and had to remove quickly. ( I get glasses every year so I am well aware as to how they should feel). This pair had something wrong with the lens. Dropped lenses back off to Mark June 26 and told my daughter who brought them back to get fixed from the left lens was wrong but could not be professional enough to put in records. When daughter went back in to see the fee and time, ok well get it fixed. Nothing about a fee. 3 business days layers calls with a fee request! Rather large one. If it was on me ok the lens was wrong to begin with the prescription that was brought to them. Normandy lens refuses to take ownership for the fact that the wrong lens is in the left eye. When it comes to them taking care of the customer ****** and **** are not the people to ask. ****** whom holds an upper office position in the store is extremely rude and does not listen to the customer. Does not call you back and can not take a phone call of a customer for quick resolution. When I said I would at least like to speak to her I got nothing but an attitude. I did let her know I did not appreciate the attitude as I was the customer and I paid a lot for these glasses to begin with and they are still wrong. Go somewhere else like ******************* should have just stuck with the original eye doctor vs trying to give service to a local company.
